Jumpstart & Short-Term Fractional Integrator™ Services
Services available*:
Fully-immersive Integrator experience completely curated to your Company’s needs, whether short-term to train and mentor an incoming permanent Integrator, or to fill in the gaps while you are searching for a permanent one – we focus on jumping in with both feet right from the start and focusing on results, not the clock. Standard flat rate for the month with no minimum or maximum. Results are the driving factor.
Level 10 Meeting Facilitation
Weekly Same Page Meetings with Visionary: Ensuring your vision becomes reality so you can focus on what you love.
Leadership Team 1:1s: Coaching / Driving Rocks / Facilitating Change
Company Culture Alignment and Enhancement: I solve your People issues and always ensure RPRS is top priority. I will have the hard conversations sooner rather than later so we can focus on success, not putting out dumpster fires.

Ensure EOS™ Purity Throughout the Organization: Accountability, training and mentoring through the use of EOS tools to drive organizational goals and exceed expectations
Owning the P & L: Execute the business plan & at minimum, achieve P&L objectives. At maximum – We FAR EXCEED our goals and achieve the EXTRAORDINARY!
Ensure Operational Excellence – Identify & remove bottlenecks that suck the life out of forward progress. I actively monitor core processes and ensure they are FBA, and the company is operating at the highest level of efficiency and productivity thus promoting higher profitability and sustainability.
Integrator™ Integration: Hiring, onboarding, & training (Integrating) your new Integrator™ when you’re ready
Implementer Partnership Search: You’re ready to reach extraordinary heights with your company and you want to start working with an Implementer but don’t know where to start – I connect you with Implementers and do the legwork for you, saving you time and energy. Because come on – TRUE success requires both an Integrator and an Implementer – that combination is almost as powerful as the Visionary/Integrator relationship.
Participation in Quarterly and Annual Sessions with Your Implementer: A key factor in driving success with EOS and exceeding company goals. (on-site, travel additional and determined up-front)

Terms of Engagement:
- 60 day cancellation policy
- Typical engagements are 6 – 18 months, at which time if you are ready to hire a FT Integrator™, I will recruit, hire, and train my replacement so they are seamlessly integrated into your company and ready to rock and roll!

People and Process IDS Sessions
90 minute IDS Session: We all have issues! Need help solving a particularly difficult one? Need to go over a strategy or create one and get some guidance on how to implement it? Remember – issues are just issues, not problems and not personal. We will create actionable steps with clear ownership by the end of our call.
Accountability Chart & Needs Assessment: Seats and People: A growth assessment and management plan. During this 90 minute call, we will go over your accountability chart and review your goals and then ensure it aligns with those goals. We will set a strategic plan for hiring/promotion/retention, and you will walk away with an actionable plan to move forward with it.

The Dream Manager Program
What this looks like:
Dream Train Onboarding: Selection of “Dreamers” (aka program participants) who will be the conductors of their dream trains and achieve their dreams in the Dream Manager Program! We evaluate the readiness and willingness to do the work it takes to succeed in the program.
Embark Upon Your Dream Manager Program Journey: Actively participate in the 12 month curriculum – We meet 1:1 at the same time on the same day every month for an hour. Each month builds on the previous one. (These are NOT group sessions, with the exception of Session 1 if the team prefers to do a group kick-off session together for motivation)
Celebration of Dreams Achieved! – At the end of the 12 months, we will have a celebration with all of the Dreamers who participated in and completed the program. They can share their stories and we will have a brainstorming session for new Dreamers who want to participate in the next round of the program.
Terms of Engagement:
This is a 12 month program, but if life happens, like it sometimes does, and a Dreamer is unable to continue, we will pause the program for them and they can pick up as soon as they are ready.
Fees are due for the program in its entirety (for the individual program) unless otherwise agreed upon up front and do not expire, ever.
Fees for groups are payable on the first day of the month on a rolling 90 day basis. See payment schedule for details:

- January Start: January 1 / April 1 / July 1 / October
- February Start: February 1 / May 1 / August 1 / November 1
- March Start: March 1 / June 1 / September 1 / December 1
- Etc…
For companies implementing the Dream Manager Program as a stand alone or add-on program for their staff, we will onboard up to 10 Dreamers each quarter.
Once the cap is met for monthly participants, we will not onboard additional Dreamers into the program until existing ones have graduated. This ensures we are providing the extraordinary value and experience we guarantee.
Program Rates:
- Payment Plan: $1,250/quarter or
- Single payment of $4,500 annually (a $500 savings)
Teams:
- 5 Dreamers:
- Quarterly Payment Plan: $6,250/quarter
- Semi-Annual Payment Plan: 2 payments of $11,875
- Single Payment of $22,500 annually (a $2,500 savings over the quarterly plan and a $1,250 savings over the semi-annual plan)
- 10 Dreamers:
- Quarterly Payment Plan: $11,875/quarter
- Semi-Annual Payment Plan: 2 payments of $22,500
- Single Payment of $42,500 annually (a $5,000 savings over the quarterly plan and a $2,500 savings over the semi-annual plan)

Additional Fee of $200 per participant for required program materials (2 books, Dream Journal, Curriculum Binder) is due at time of engagement.
