Engage
Discovery Call: Our journey begins with a comprehensive exploration of your leadership style, team dynamics, and organizational culture. This initial phase is crucial for understanding the underlying values, strengths, and areas for growth within your leadership and organizational fabric. We will discuss your company and your vision as you created it. I’ll listen to your pain points and we will do a needs assessment.
Establish Terms of Engagement: I’ll write up the needs assessment as we determined on the call and send it over to you along with the Terms of Engagement Agreement.
Communicate Same Page Meeting Expectations: We will set the cadence of our Same Page Meetings so we have clear expectations and a safe place for open and honest communication. I’ll encourage you and hold you accountable for letting go of the vine, leading with accountability and empathy, and empowering the team to rise to the challenge of being extraordinary leaders.
Customized Strategy Development (Written 30-day Action Plan): Armed with insights from the discovery phase, I’ll craft a custom-tailored coaching strategy using the 7 Extraordinary E’s methodology that aligns with your specific objectives and addresses your unique challenges and aspirations. This will be our master plan for achieving success and pulling you from the despairs of the dumpster fire of people, process, and productivity issues and into the light of sparkling wonder of things you never knew you could achieve!
EQUIP
LMA: The #1 function of a leader is to Lead, Manage, and hold their team Accountable. I do this through one-on-ones with the leadership team driving Rocks, ensuring to-do’s are done, and EOS is running purely through your company (none of this half and half muddy-water BS please). Extreme Ownership is a big part of this and we lead up and down the Accountability Chart at all times. We hold each other accountable and we drive results and success. We don’t take the easy way out, we say the hard things, and we rise together from the ashes when we own our outcomes.
Implement the 30-Day Action Plan: This is an Integrator’s favorite thing to do – GSD (Get Sh** Done!). It’s time to roll up your pant legs and get knee deep in the sh**-patty because there’s work to do and we are doing it as a team! There is only one option and that’s success – so get ready to shovel the fertilizer because we have seeds of success to sow!
Team Dynamics Assessments: We will do a Kolbe A Index, Working Genius Team Report, and Myers-Briggs Assessment on the leadership team and design a plan for ultimate success – I love all things sparkly and making your team a galaxy of shining superstars is what I do! We will discover and implement the best strategies for team success that promote efficiency, engagement, and extraordinary results for the company as a whole.

30 Day Action Plan Evaluation & Next Steps: We will evaluate what is working, what is not working, and create actionable steps to reach your goals through continuous learning & adaptation. Transformation is an ongoing process. As your organization evolves, so too will the challenges and opportunities for leadership and cultural growth. My framework is built to adapt, providing you with continuous support, learning opportunities, and strategies to navigate the ever-changing business landscape.
Team Dynamics Workshops: Empowerment and Ownership is the name of the game.
